Yes! Switch billing cycles anytime from your account dashboard. If upgrading from monthly to annual, you receive prorated credit for unused time. Switching back to monthly takes effect at your next renewal. Annual billing saves 30% compared to monthly.

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days if you're not satisfied with your listing. After 7 days, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Contact us at contactus@findajobboard.com to request a refund.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Stripe also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Your listing remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it's removed from the directory. You retain dashboard access to reactivate anytime. We don't delete your account data, so reactivating restores your previous listing information.
