3. User Accounts

To submit a job board or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Job Board Listings

Submission Guidelines

When submitting a job board to our directory, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to submit the job board
• The job board is legitimate and operational
• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• The job board complies with applicable laws and regulations
• The job board does not contain illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content

Content Standards

Listings must not:

• Promote illegal activities or violate any laws
• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Include discriminatory content
• Contain malware, spam, or malicious links

Review and Removal

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion. We may reject listings that do not meet our quality standards or violate these Terms.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Pricing and Billing

Paid listing tiers (Basic, Featured, Premium) are available on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed on our Pricing page.

• All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions if you are unsatisfied
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after the 7-day window

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted listings), features, and functionality are owned by FindaJobBoard and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting a job board listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your listing information, including your logo and description, on our website and marketing materials.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website
• Submit false or misleading information

Our Service contains links to third-party job boards and websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDAJOBBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• No refunds will be provided for any unused subscription period (except as required by law)

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FindaJobBoard regarding the use of our Service, superseding any prior agreements.
